品管圈活动在提升门诊中药房处方合格率中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 分析品管圈活动在提升门诊中药房处方合格率的应用效果。方法 以我院门诊中药房2020年1月至2022年1月收治的100例患者作为研究对象,按照时间先后将其划分为2组,每组各有50例。其均需要开具处方加以治疗。对照组为2020年1月至2021年1月收治的50例患者,在常规管理方案下就处方并给药;观察组为2021年1月至2022年1月收治的50例患者,在品管圈活动管理下就处方并给药。就2组处方合格率、患者用药不良反应状况、患者满意度等指标进行观察和比较。结果 观察组患者的处方合格率相较于对照组明显更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组的患者满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 在门诊中药房中,运用品管圈活动来加以管理,可有效地提高处方合格率,降低患者不良反应的发生可能,优化患者体验,保证药学服务质量,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the application effect of quality control circle activities in improving the qualified rate of prescriptions in outpatient Chinese pharmacies.
Methods A total of 100 patients admitted to the outpatient Chinese pharmacy of our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into 2 groups according to time, with 50 cases in each group. All require a prescription for treatment. The control group consisted of 50 patients admitted from January 2020 to January 2021, who were prescribed and administered under the routine management plan; the observation group consisted of 50 patients admitted from January 2021 to January 2022, who were treated in quality control Prescribing and administering drugs under the circle activity management. Observations and comparisons were made on the two groups of prescription qualification rate, adverse drug reaction status of patients, patient satisfaction and other indicators.
Results Compared with the control group, the prescription qualified rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05); the patient satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In outpatient TCM pharmacies, using quality control circle activities to manage can effectively improve the qualified rate of prescriptions, reduce the possibility of adverse reactions of patients, optimize patient experience, and ensure the quality of pharmaceutical services, which has high promotion value.
