Traditional Chinese Medicine specialized nursing for bone adjustment and massage combined with fire dragon suction therapy on the effect of spinal balance in adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients
中医特色护理正骨推拿联合火龙罐对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者脊柱平衡的影响

摘要

目的 分析中医特色护理正骨推拿联合火龙罐对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者脊柱平衡的影响。方法 选取2025年1月-2025年12月我院39例青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者，按照不同干预方式分为两组，对比单一正骨推拿（对照组，n=20）与正骨推拿联合火龙罐（观察组，n=19）临床效果。结果 观察组干预4个月后脊柱形态学、腰椎功能障碍评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组干预4个月后腰椎活动度、生活质量评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患者采取中医特色护理正骨推拿联合火龙罐，可以更好地改善脊柱形态，有助于促进腰椎活动度恢复，改善脊柱平衡，提升腰椎功能、生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine specialized nursing for bone adjustment and massage combined with fire dragon suction therapy on the spinal balance of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients.
Methods 39 adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients in our hospital from January 2025 to December 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to different intervention methods. The clinical effects of single bone adjustment and massage (control group, n=20) and bone adjustment and massage combined with fire dragon suction therapy (observation group, n=19) were compared.
Results After 4 months of intervention, the spinal morphology and lumbar functional disorder score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the lumbar range of motion and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after 4 months of intervention (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients, adopting traditional Chinese medicine specialized nursing for bone adjustment and massage combined with fire dragon suction therapy can better improve spinal morphology, promote the recovery of lumbar range of motion, improve spinal balance, and enhance lumbar function and quality of life.
