摘要
基于“大气下陷理论”，从中医治未病，“既病防变”思想论治心力衰竭。大气首见于《黄帝内经》，张锡纯通过完善并提出“大气下陷”理论，及创立“升陷汤”，通过其理法方药，结合现代医学对心衰的认识，用中医治疗方法，从“既病防变”思想，改善心衰预后，为治疗心衰提供新思路。

Abstract
Based on the “Atmospheric Depression Theory”, this paper discusses the treatment of heart failure from the perspective of the TCM concept of “treating pre-disease” and “preventing disease progression”. The concept of “Da Qi (atmospheric Qi)” was first recorded in Yellow Emperor’s Internal Classic. Zhang Xichun further refined and proposed the “Atmospheric Depression Theory” and created the “Shengxian Decoction”. By integrating its principles, methods, formulas, and medicines with modern medical understanding of heart failure, this paper explores how TCM treatment methods, guided by the “preventing disease progression” concept, can improve the prognosis of heart failure and provide new ideas for its clinical management.
