Exploring the spatiotemporal attributes of diseases from the characteristics of medication in each historical stage
从各历史阶段用药特征探讨疾病的时空属性

摘要

本文基于《黄帝内经》的五运六气理论与邵雍《皇极经世》提出的元会运世时空观，系统梳理了东汉至当代多个历史时期代表性药物使用特征，并结合气运理论探讨各时期主流疾病的形成机理。通过对太阳寒水、少阳相火、阳明燥金等主运主气与用药模式的对照，揭示疾病发展具有显著的时空规律性。文末推演当前与未来气运走向，提出肺病、血病、肝病可能成为未来主要疾病类型。研究对传承发展中医整体观和“因时制宜”治疗原则具有启发意义。

Abstract

Based on the Five Movements and Six Qi theory of Huangdi Neijing and the spatiotemporal view of Yuanhuiyunshi proposed by Shao Yong in Huangji Jingshi, this paper systematically sorts out the characteristics of representative drug use in multiple historical periods from the Eastern Han Dynasty to the present, and combines the theory of Qiyun to explore the formation mechanism of mainstream diseases in each period. By comparing the main movement and main Qi of Taiyang Hanshui, Shaoyang Xianghuo, Yangming Zaojin and other main movement and medication patterns, it is revealed that the development of diseases has significant spatiotemporal regularity. At the end of the article, the current and future Qiyun trends are deduced, and it is proposed that lung disease, blood disease, and liver disease may become the main types of diseases in the future. The research is of enlightening significance for the inheritance and development of the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine and the treatment principle of "adapting to the times".
