摘要
目的 分析老年人慢性肺气肿行多索茶碱+养阴清肺汤治疗的价值。方法 在2023年10月~2024年10月期间，选取我院患有慢性肺气肿的老年患者共计126例，按照随机分组原则，确保每组人数均为63例。其中，对照组采用多索茶碱进行治疗，而观察组则在对照组治疗基础上加用养阴清肺汤。通过严谨的科学方法，对两组患者的治疗效果进行深入分析，以期为临床治疗提供科学依据。结果 治疗后，观察组疗效、肺功能、血气指标、不良反应、生活质量数值均较对照组更佳（P<0.05）。结论 慢性肺气肿老年患者治疗时选择多索茶碱+养阴清肺汤获确切效用，可行。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of doxofylline + Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in the treatment of chronic emphysema in the elderly. Methods From October 2023 to October 2024, a total of 126 elderly patients with chronic emphysema in our hospital were selected. According to the principle of random grouping, the number of patients in each group was 63. Among them, the control group was treated with doxofylline, while the observation group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei Decoction on the basis of the control group. Through rigorous scientific methods, the therapeutic effects of the two groups of patients were deeply analyzed in order to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment. Results After treatment, the efficacy, lung function, blood gas indexes, adverse reactions, and quality of life values of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The selection of doxofylline + Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic emphysema is effective and feasible.
