Analysis of the current status of the development of traditional Chinese medicine and strategic thinking based on a clinical perspective
基于临床视角的中医药发展现状分析与策略思考

摘要

目的 从临床视角分析中医药发展的现状，为推动中医药事业高质量发展提供参考。方法 采用文献回顾法对中医药发展的天时、地利、人和三方面进行现状分析。结果 党的十八大以来，中医药发展迎来良好机遇，但同样也面临中药材供应不足、中药制剂萎缩、专病专药稀缺、中医药队伍良莠不齐、中医药行业管理欠规范、中医药文化普及亟待提高等诸多困难。结论 中医药发展是个系统工程，其前景广阔，但也存在一些困难，需要正确对待，客观分析，综合施策，才能促进中医药的正常传承和健康发展。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the current status of the development of traditional Chinese medicine from a clinical perspective and provide a reference for promoting the high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine.
Methods The literature review method was used to analyze the current status of the development of traditional Chinese medicine in terms of time, place, and people.
Results Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the development of traditional Chinese medicine has ushered in good opportunities, but it also faces many difficulties such as insufficient supply of Chinese medicinal materials, shrinking Chinese medicine preparations, scarcity of special medicines for special diseases, uneven Chinese medicine teams, lack of standardized management of the Chinese medicine industry, and urgent need to improve the popularization of Chinese medicine culture.
Conclusion   The development of traditional Chinese medicine is a systematic project with broad prospects, but there are also some difficulties. It needs to be treated correctly, analyzed objectively, and comprehensive measures are taken to promote the normal inheritance and healthy development of traditional Chinese medicine.
