Observation of the effect of chronic obstructive pulmonary decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
慢阻肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）临床治疗方法，探讨慢阻肺汤临床应用后对患者肺功能、症状等影响，判定治疗效果。方法 取2022年1月-2023年1月我诊所COPD患者共110例，患者均符合研究标准，均了解并同意此次研究后以治疗方法将患者分别入组进行治疗，常规治疗的患者入参照组（55例），慢阻肺汤治疗的患者入研究组（55例），对比治疗差异性，列举临床治疗相关数据，包括：症状缓解时间、肺功能指标、中医证候积分、治疗有效率，判定治疗效果。结果 列举两组数据，行组间对比，患者症状消失时间用时研究组较参照组偏短（P＜0.05）；患者肺功能指标对比，治疗前指标未体现差异性（P＞0.05），治疗后指标对比，研究组指标值较参照组偏高（P＜0.05）；中医证候积分对比，研究组较参照组偏低（P＜0.05）；治疗有效率研究组高于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 慢阻肺汤的临床应用，可有效提升慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者临床治疗效果，患者症状有效缓解，肺功能改善，治疗效果理想，具有广泛应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), explore the effects of COPD decoction on lung function and symptoms, and determine the therapeutic effect.
Methods A total of 110 patients with COPD in our clinic from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected, all of whom met the study criteria. After understanding and agreeing to this study, the patients were separately enrolled into the treatment group for treatment. The patients receiving conventional treatment were enrolled into the reference group (55 cases), and the patients receiving COPD decoction were enrolled into the study group (55 cases). Enumerate relevant data of clinical treatment, including: symptom remission time, lung function index, TCM syndrome score, treatment efficiency, and judge treatment effect.
Results The data of the two groups were listed, and the time of symptom disappearance in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). There was no difference in the pulmonary function index before treatment (P > 0.05), but after treatment, the index value of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). The score of TCM syndrome in the study group was lower than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). The effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical application of COPD decoction can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, effectively relieve the symptoms of patients, improve the lung function, the therapeutic effect is ideal, and has a wide range of application value.
