基于回授法的健康教育模式在面瘫患者护理中的应用

摘要

目的 探讨分析在面瘫患者护理中应用基于回授法的健康教育模式的应用效果。方法 将68例在我院就医的面瘫患者纳入研究,对其基本资料进行综合分析,确认符合实验参与条件。同时,将采取“随机数表法”将68例患者分配为2组,即对照组、观察组,每组34例,分别在护理期间实施常规护理、基于回授法的健康教育模式,对比两组的护理满意度、对疾病相关知识的掌握情况及住院时间。结果 从护理满意度的评估结果看,观察组、对照组分别有1例、6例“不满意”情况,护理满意度分别为97.05%、82.35%,观察组护理满意度明显较高(P<0.05);在疾病相关知识的掌握情况方面,观察组更优(P<0.05);并且观察组、对照组的平均住院时间分别为(14.02±4.14)天、(18.77±3.49)天,观察组住院时间相对较短(P<0.05)。结论 对面瘫患者实施基于回授法的健康教育模式可提高患者的疾病知识掌握程度,同时可促进康复、提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of health education model based on feedback method in the nursing of patients with facial palsy.
Methods 68 patients with facial paralysis in our hospital were included in the study, and their basic data were comprehensively analyzed to confirm that they met the conditions for participation in the experiment. At the same time, 68 patients were assigned to 2 groups, namely the control group and the observation group, with 34 cases in each group. During the nursing period, routine nursing and health education mode based on feedback method were implemented respectively, and the nursing satisfaction, knowledge of the disease and length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared.
Results According to the evaluation results of nursing satisfaction, there were 1 cases in the observation group and 6 cases in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was 97.05% and 82.35%, respectively. The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher (P < 0.05). The observation group had better knowledge of diseases (P < 0.05). The average length of hospital stay in the observation group and the control group was (14.02±4.14) days and (18.77±3.49) days, respectively. The length of hospital stay in the observation group was relatively short (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The health education model based on feedback can improve the disease knowledge of patients with facial palsy, and promote rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction.
