Study on the effect of constant temperature thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine health culture guidance in the health management of patients with stomach duct pain
恒温雷火灸结合中医养生文化指导在胃脘痛患者健康管理中的效果研究

摘要

目的 探讨恒温雷火灸结合中医养生文化指导在胃脘痛患者健康管理中效果。方法 择取2021年5月4日~2022年5月4人本院收治的300例脾胃虚寒型胃脘痛患者为研究对象。结合患者治疗方式差异性，分为新式组150例、传统组150例。传统组病患接受传统雷火灸治疗，新式组患者应用恒温雷火灸结合中医养生文化指导干预，分析结果。结果 新式组疾病治疗有效率为 98.00%，传统组为89.33 %。和传统组相比，新式组患者疾病治疗有效率更高，P＜0.05；和传统组相比，新式组患者疾病治疗依从性更高，P＜0.05；干预后，相较于传统组，新式组患者的生活质量得分明显更高，P＜0.05。结论 针对胃脘痛患者，临床为其开展健康管理中应用恒温雷火灸结合中医养生文化指导能提升患者参与疾病治疗的有效性以及参与疾病治疗的依从性，可改善患者的生活质量。该法值得进一步在临床上推广和应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of constant temperature lightning fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine health culture guidance in the health management of patients with stomach duct pain.
Methods From May 4, 2021 to May 2022, 300 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type of epigastric pain were selected as the study objects. According to the differences of treatment methods, 150 patients were divided into the new group and the traditional group. The patients in the traditional group received the traditional thunder fire moxibustion treatment, and the patients in the new group were guided by the constant temperature thunder fire moxibustion combined with the traditional Chinese health culture.
Results The effective rate was 98.00% in the new group and 89.33% in the traditional group. Compared with the traditional group, the effective rate of disease treatment in the new group was higher (P < 0.05). Compared with the traditional group, the patients in the new group had higher disease treatment compliance (P < 0.05). After intervention, compared with the traditional group, the quality of life score in the new group was significantly higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with epigastric pain, the application of constant temperature thunder fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine health culture guidance in clinical health management can improve the effectiveness and compliance of patients participating in disease treatment, and can improve the quality of life of patients. This method is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic.
