Clinical Study on Primary Dysmenorrhea Treated with Wenjing Decoction and acupunctureand moxibustion
温经汤联合针灸治疗原发性痛经临床研究

摘要

目的 探究原发性痛经患者采取温经汤联合针灸治疗的效果。方法 56例原发性痛经患者选自本院2021年2月-2022年2月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组给予单纯针灸治疗，实验组在上述基础上采取温经汤治疗，每组各28例。比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗有效率中实验组显高（P＜0.05）。疼痛评分治疗后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。半年后随访疼痛评分实验组显低（P＜0.05）。结论 原发性痛经患者采取温经汤联合针灸治疗效果凸显，能够提升治疗有效率，缓解患者的疼痛，远期疗效更加明显。此种治疗方法值得推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with primary dysmenorrhea.
Methods 56 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were selected from our hospital from February 2021 to February 2022. They were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group. The reference group was treated with simple acupuncture and moxibustion, and the experimental group was treated with Wenjing Decoction on the basis of the above, with 28 cases in each group. Compare the treatment effects between the two groups. Result The effective rate of treatment was significantly higher in the experimental group (P<0.05). The pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower after treatment (P<0.05). After six months of follow-up, the pain score in the experimental group was significantly lower (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The treatment effect of Wenjing Decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion for patients with primary dysmenorrhea is prominent, which can improve the treatment efficiency, alleviate the pain of patients, and have a more obvious long-term effect. This treatment method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
