通络针灸与补阳还五汤加减方治疗中风后遗症的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘要

目的 本次研究通过对照试验分析，将通络针灸与补阳还五汤加减方疗法应用于其中的效果。方法 通过随机对照实验的形式开展本次研究研究时间段设置，在2022年1月至2022年4月录入40名要求到中风恢复期或后遗症期患者进行研究，在患者入院时根据患者的入院日期单双号进行数据记录，将单号入院的患者记录为对照组，将双号入院的患者记录为实验组，每组中均录入20名患者后截止录入并统计患者的一般资料。对照组内患者在接受治疗时，研究人员采用常规中医药治疗方式，实验组内患者在这一治疗基础上由医务人员针对患者开展康复针灸综合疗法，治疗完成后研究人员对患者的疗效进行评价，并分析治疗效果。结果 实验组患者的生活质量评分以及运动功能评分相较于对照组来说明显更高，差异显著（P＜0.05）。在患者治疗完成后，两组患者均有不同程度的不良反应发生状况，实验组患者的总发生率为10.00%，相较于对照组的45.00%来说明显更高，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 中风后遗症是中风患者在发病后的常见病情，而为了使患者的治疗效果得到提升，研究人员在针对患者进行治疗时，通过实验的方式确认了，将通络针灸与补阳还五汤加减方疗法应用于其中，能够获得良好的治疗并且还还能能和肢体活动功能，进而促进中风恢复期或后遗症期患者的预后恢复质量，具有良好的可应用价值。

Abstract

Objective Through the comparative test analysis, this study applied the Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion and Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus and minus formula therapy to its effect.
Methods This study was conducted in the form of a randomized controlled trial. From January 2022 to April 2022, 40 patients who were required to undergo stroke recovery or sequelae were enrolled in the study. At the time of admission, data were recorded based on the date of admission of the patient, with a single or double number recorded as the control group, and patients with a double number recorded as the experimental group, After entering 20 patients in each group, the general information of the patients should be recorded and counted. When the patients in the control group received treatment, the researchers used conventional Chinese medicine treatment. On the basis of this treatment, the patients in the experimental group were given rehabilitation acupuncture and moxibustion comprehensive therapy by medical personnel. After the treatment, the researchers evaluated the efficacy of the patients and analyzed the treatment effect.
Results The quality of life scores and motor function scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with significant differences (P<0.05). After the completion of treatment, both groups of patients had different degrees of adverse reactions. The total incidence rate of patients in the experimental group was 10.00%, significantly higher than 45.00% in the control group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Apoplexy sequela is a common condition of stroke patients after onset. In order to improve the therapeutic effect of patients, researchers confirmed through experiments that the application of Tongluo acupuncture and moxibustion and Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus or minus formula in the treatment of patients can obtain good treatment and can also function with limb activities, thus promoting the quality of prognosis and recovery of stroke patients in the recovery period or sequela period, It has good applicable value.
