Clinical observation of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of melasma with menstrual irregularity
桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑伴月经不调的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的 桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑伴月经不调的临床疗效观察。方法 在2021年1月-2022年1月期间选择（102）例因黄褐斑伴月经不调前来我院就诊病人进行调研，参与本次调研病人均接受对症治疗，按照治疗方案将病人归纳为2个小组，每组所纳入例数为（51）例。按照治疗方案分别命名为常规组、研究组。常规组所采用的治疗方案为常规治疗，研究组所采用的治疗方案为桃红四物汤加减治疗。总结与探究2种治疗方案实施效果。结果 治疗后常规组中医症状积分有所改善，与治疗前相比降低，经对照差异明显（P<0.05）。结论 桃红四物汤加减治疗黄褐斑伴月经不调效果优异，此方案值得临床应用与普及。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of chloasma with irregular menstruation.
Methods During the period from January 2021 to January 2022, 102 patients with chloasma accompanied by irregular menstruation were selected for investigation. All patients participating in this investigation received symptomatic treatment. According to the treatment plan, the patients were divided into two groups, and the number of cases included in each group was (51). According to the treatment plan, they were named as the conventional group and the research group. The treatment scheme used in the conventional group was conventional treatment, while the treatment scheme used in the research group was Taohong Siwu Decoction plus or minus treatment. Summarize and explore the implementation effects of two treatment schemes.
Results After treatment, the TCM symptom score in the conventional group improved, and decreased compared with that before treatment, with a significant difference compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction has excellent efficacy in treating chloasma with irregular menstruation, and this scheme is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
