Analysis of Curative effect and prognosis of Gualou Burdock Decoction combined with Western Medicinein the treatment of early acute mastitis
瓜蒌牛蒡汤加味联合西医治疗早期急性乳腺炎的疗效及预后分析

摘要

目的 探讨早期急性乳腺炎（MAST）采取西医联合瓜蒌牛蒡汤加味治疗的疗效及预后。方法研究抽取病例样本共60例，样本抽取年限为2020.01~2022.02，均确诊为早期急性MAST，分组方法为双盲法，将全部病例分为甲、乙组对比，各纳入30例。甲组采取西医治疗，乙组在前组疗法上联合瓜蒌牛蒡汤加味治疗。对比2组血清指标变化、疗效、各种症状消除时间及预后情况，以评定效果。结果 统计显示，2组对比治疗1w后白细胞（WBC）、C反应蛋白（CRP）等指标结果，乙组均低于甲组（P＜0.05）。2组对比总有效率结果，乙组为96.67%高于甲组60.0%（P＜0.05）。2组对比乳房发热疼痛、淋巴结肿大、乳头皲裂等症状消除时间结果，乙组均短于甲组（P＜0.05）。2组对比体温复常、血常规复常及病程时间结果，乙组均短于甲组（P＜0.05）。结论 早期急性MAST采取西医联合瓜蒌牛蒡汤加味治疗的疗效确切，不仅能快速消除患者各症状，改善机体炎症，还可促进血常规快速复常，缩短病程时间，从而促进其预后恢复，可进一步借鉴推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the curative effect and prognosis of early acute mastitis (MAST) by Western medicine combined with Gualou Burdock decoction.
Methods A total of 60 cases were selected from 2020.01 to 2022.02, all of which were diagnosed as early acute MAST. The grouping method was double-blind. All cases were divided into group A and Group B for comparison, with 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated with Western medicine, group B was treated with Gualou burdock decoction in the former group. The changes of serum indexes, curative effect, time of symptom elimination and prognosis of the two groups were compared to evaluate the effect.
Results Statistically, the results of leukocyte (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP) and other indexes in group B were lower than those in group A after 1 week of treatment (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the two groups was 96.67% in group B and 60.0% in group A (P < 0.05). Compared with the two groups, the elimination time of symptoms such as breast fever and pain, lymph node enlargement and chapped nipple was shorter in group B than in group A (P < 0.05). The results of body temperature recovery, blood routine recovery and course of disease in group B were shorter than those in group A (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   In the early stage of acute MAST, Western medicine combined with Gualhosa burdock decoction has a definite curative effect, which can not only quickly eliminate the symptoms of patients, improve the inflammation of the body, but also promote the rapid recovery of blood routine, shorten the course of the disease, so as to promote the prognosis recovery, which can be further used for reference.
