Analysis of therapeutic effect on ventilator-associated diaphragmatic dysfunction based on the concept of cultivating earth and generating gold in traditional Chinese medicine
基于中医培土生金理念治疗呼吸机相关性横膈功能障碍疗效分析

摘要

目的 探究基于中医培土生金理念治疗呼吸机相关性横膈功能障碍临床疗效。方法 择取我院2021年6月至2022年10月收治的180例呼吸机相关性横膈功能障碍患者作为研究对象，分为观察组（常规西医治疗+中医培土生金理念治疗方案）与参照组（常规西医治疗），对比临床疗效。结果 观察组机械通气时间较参照组缩短，（P＜0.05）；观察组呼吸机脱机成功率高于参照组，（P＜0.05）；观察组横膈功能优于参照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 呼吸机相关性横膈功能障碍患者，接受中医培土生金理念治疗，可有效提升临床疗效，改善患者横膈功能，达到帮助患者尽快脱离呼吸机的效果，建议推广。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of treating ventilator-associated diaphragmatic dysfunction based on the concept of cultivating earth and generating gold in traditional Chinese medicine.
Methods: 180 patients with ventilator-associated diaphragmatic dysfunction admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into the observation group (conventional western medicine treatment+traditional Chinese medicine treatment scheme with the concept of cultivating earth and generating gold) and the reference group (conventional western medicine treatment) to compare the clinical efficacy.
Results: The time of mechanical ventilation in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P; The success rate of ventilator weaning in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); The diaphragm function of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : Patients with ventilator-associated diaphragmatic dysfunction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and diaphragm function of patients by accepting the concept of cultivating earth and generating gold in traditional Chinese medicine, so as to help patients get rid of ventilators as soon as possible. It is recommended to popularize this concept.
