Therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on type 2 diabetes nephropathy
补阳还五汤加减治疗2型糖尿病肾病的疗效研究

摘要

目的 探析2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗期间选用补阳还五汤加减的效果。方法 本次研究中选取对象均我院2021年1月到2022年9月间确诊的2型糖尿病肾病患者，入组64例，随机数字表法分组后有32例纳入对照组，予以常规西药治疗；另外32例纳入观察组，予以西药联合补阳还五汤加减治疗。对两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果 治疗前，两组患者血液流变学相关指标无组间对比差异，P＞0.05；治疗后，两组患者血液流变学相关指标均有变化，但观察组各项指标水平均低于对照组，且组间对比差异显著，P＜0.05。结论 在对2型糖尿病肾病患者治疗时，补阳还五汤加减在常规西药治疗方案中的联合应用更利于改善患者机体状态。

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the treatment of type 2 diabetes nephropathy.
Methods: the subjects selected in this study were all patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy diagnosed in our hospital from January 2021 to September 2022. 64 patients were enrolled in the study group. After grouping by random number table, 32 patients were included in the control group and treated with conventional western medicine; Another 32 cases were included in the observation group and treated with western medicine combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in hemorheology between the two groups (P > 0.05); After treatment, the hemorheology related indexes of the two groups changed, but the levels of all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  : in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes nephropathy, the combined application of Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the routine western medicine treatment scheme is more conducive to improving the patient's body state.
