创伤失血休克对胃肠道炎症反应及应激状况的影响研究

摘要

目的 创伤休克胃肠细胞的损伤,胃肠粘膜屏障的破坏,导致机体应急调节能力改变及内环境发生改变。本研究拟通过动物实验,明确创伤失血性休克对大鼠肠道炎症因子及热休克蛋白表达水平的影响。方法 研究采用SD大鼠24只,随机分为正常对照组和创伤失血性休克组,取小肠粘膜组织,测定炎症因子IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α和热休克蛋白HSP-70的水平。结果 创伤失血性休克后,大鼠的炎症因子和热休克蛋白均有显著上升。IL-6、IL-1β、TNF-α和热休克蛋白HSP-70分别上升了2.15、23.9、124.7、0.57倍。与正常对照组相比均具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 表明创伤失血性休克后,胃肠道的炎症反应异常增加,且应激反应强度明显增强。石观音“肠功能衰竭”或“休克肠”在多器官功能不全发生发展中的发挥重要作用。

Abstract

Objective The injury of gastrointestinal cells and the destruction of gastrointestinal mucosal barrier in traumatic shock lead to the change of emergency regulation ability and internal environment. This study aims to clarify the effect of traumatic hemorrhagic shock on the expression of intestinal inflammatory factors and heat shock proteins in rats through animal experiments.
Methods: Twenty four SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group and traumatic hemorrhagic shock group. The intestinal mucosa was taken and the inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-1 were measured β、 TNF- α And HSP-70.
Results: After traumatic hemorrhagic shock, inflammatory factors and heat shock proteins in rats were significantly increased. IL-6、IL-1 β、 TNF- α HSP-70 and HSP-70 increased 2.15, 23.9, 124.7 and 0.57 times respectively. Compared with the normal control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : After traumatic hemorrhagic shock, the inflammatory reaction of gastrointestinal tract is abnormally increased, and the intensity of stress response is significantly enhanced. Shi Guanyin's "intestinal failure" or "shock intestine" plays an important role in the occurrence and development of multiple organ dysfunction.
