Effect analysis of Zhisou Powder supplemented with Loquat cough syrup in the treatmentof bronchitis in children
止嗽散加减辅佐枇杷止咳糖浆治疗小儿支气管炎的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探究分析止嗽散加减辅佐枇杷止咳糖浆治疗小儿支气管炎的疗效。方法 选取于2020年3月至2021年12月，我院收治的小儿支气管炎患儿共100例，作为本次研究对象。根据患儿的入院序列数为基础，采用随机数字分组的方式，将100例患儿随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用头孢呋辛纳结合盐酸氨溴索的治疗模式进行干预；观察组采用止嗽散加减辅佐枇杷止咳糖浆的治疗模式进行干预。对比分析对照组以及观察组的治疗有效率。结果 经治疗干预后，观察组在治疗有效率方面明显优于对照组，其中（P＜0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论 在对小儿支气管炎患儿进行治疗的过程中，采用止嗽散加减辅佐枇杷止咳糖浆的治疗模式进行干预，能够显著提升患儿的治疗有效率，在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果，值得进一步的推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of Zhisou powder supplemented with Loquat cough syrup in the treatment of bronchitis in children.
Methods A total of 100 children with bronchitis admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. Based on the number of children's admission sequence, 100 children were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with cefuroxime combined with ambroxol hydrochloride. The observation group was treated with Zhisou powder plus or minus loquat cough syrup. The effective rate of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.
Results After treatment intervention, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant.
Conclusion   In the treatment of children with bronchitis, the intervention mode of Zhisou powder supplemented with loquat cough syrup can significantly improve the treatment efficiency of children, and has excellent effect in the practical application process, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
